Data Services - Faulty service still remains after correcting it

Steps:
-------
1. Copy and paste a .dbs file which has an error. (e.g. incorrect driver URL)
2. After the service is deployed and recongnized as a faulty service, access it via 'data services editor' and correct the error.

Issue:
------
After the error is corrected the service is deployed again as a new service with the same name. This results in having two data services with the same name (one being faulty and the other a functioning DS)
