Currently its only JavaScript services that we display in the servicesList. It will be better if we can show java services as well (We need to exclude just the admin services). With this in place users can mashup data useing even data services that are deployed. 

I propose just eliminating admin services from the services List and displaying all other services. We can use the serviceType tag to figure this out. Also we mayneed to diisable certain features for non javascript services such as view source and editing.
