Support for the documentation annotation is basically working now, except that XML values get serialized into a CDATA section in the WSDL.

As a workaround I've modified try-it.xslt to look for escaped HTML and if it finds it to unescape it.  Accordingly I'm postponing this issue.

When XML values are fully supported, I'll have to remove the workaround from the tryit.xslt.
