Although the documentation appears in WSDL 1.1, there are a couple of problem:
1) documentation annotations aren't exposed in the WSDL 2.0, even if they are strings.
2) documentation properties that are of XML or XML List type should appear in the WSDL as XML markup (instead, no documentation element appears.)
