[mashup-dev] Few things I noticed in RC3

Hi,
We might need to fix the following...
* We need a new favicon for mashup server
* Template generated service in the new service, has wrong return type
* save cancel  buttons for edit service dialog.
* show disabled edit & share buttons for non-js services
* enable edit button for stopped services
* Edited service is missing after refresh
	Editor does not inform if the edit is buggy
	NPE at 191 ServiceMEtaDataLister
* stub,tryit - we need descriptive names in the widget
* remove the two levels of links in the widget
* remove faq link in the login page
