The new service is not appearing after the service list refreshing

Server list refreshes once a new service is added. But after this the newly added service is not appearing in the list.

Steps
--------
1. Login to admin console.
2. Add a new service ---> After adding a new service the list will be reloaded.
3. Check the service list after its re-loaded. -----> The new service is not in the list.
