Cannot add a property to the log mediator when it is created at the root level of a sequence

A property cannot be added for a log mediator which is created at the root level of a sequence. 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start to create a new sequence
2. Add log mediator
3. Click on edit link 
4. Click on 'Add new property' link

Issue:
====
Nothing happens. Hence, user cannot add a new property.
