Cannot create a proxy service in IE

Cannot create a proxy service in IE. Following javascript error appears at the final screen of the proxy service creation wizard and cannot save the proxy service.

'parentNode.getAttribute(..) is null or not an object error'

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to ESB console
2. Start to create a proxy service
3. Click on 'Save' button at the final screen of the wizard
