I have built a Synapse RC2 candidate and hosted it here: 
https://www-lk.wso2.com/~asankha/builds/

Evanthika is testing this build, and I am in the process of uploading it 
to http://people.apache.org/~asankha/builds/
If all goes well, I will tag this build as RC2, and announce it on 
Synapse dev.

I have also updated the performance testing tool at 
https://www-lk.wso2.com/~asankha/benchmark/ to fix the error count 
issue. You just need to get the latest benchmark.jar. I have also made 
the nhttp parameters tunable via system properties or a nhttp.properties 
in the classpath. The current default settings of nhhtp makes it equal 
to the performance of Tomcat 5.5.20.
