Most of the issues were fixed except the followings.

*Wizard Step 2*

1. What is the name of the second column of 'Existing queries' table? Currently it is blank. According to WSAS UI, this page should have a table with two columns, Query name and action. 

2. Query name does not appear in the table after creating a new query

*Wizard Step 3

*1. What is the name of the second column of 'Current operations' table? Currently it is blank. According to WSAS UI, this page should have a table with two columns, operation name and action.
