I also did a smoke test and verified the two critical issues i reported 
yesterday. I have an issue with loading mySQL driver, this should be a 
config issue in my environment ( I added packages in web.xml and copied 
jdbc driver jar to lib, however I get 'com.mysql.jdbc.driver cannot be 
loaded' error when clicking on 'test connection' button). I will test 
this in a seperate machine tomorrow.
I created an excel service and invoked via REST successfully. Also, 
verified UI in IE.

Now, DSS IDE plugin can be loaded into WTP.
