Afkham Azeez commented on DS-117:
---------------------------------
I see another problem here. The throttling config policy is an internal policy. It should not be visible to the external parties. ?wsdl should not show those policies. Also, Isuru's argument about not removing the policy but simply ignoring it when throttling is disabled is also valid.

> Throttle policy of the wsdl does not get removed when throttling is disabled through management console.
> Steps to reproduce:
> 1. Deploy a data service
> 2. Enable throttling
> 3. Set default policy
> 4. Now select the service again and disable throttling
> 5. Go to service management page and check the wsdl1.1 of service. Throttle policy will be there.
