Cannot access DS management console if https port is changed

I changed https port of axis2.xml and couldn't access management console. I tried with changing https port in server.xml as well  but go the same result.

When I changed the https port to 9445 in axis2.xml, I can see that the startup console shows that the listen port is 9445. But I can't access management console with the changed https IP.
