[Ds-java-dev] DSS RC4 test

Hi Charitha, 

I completed the component with the UI at r16698 on 
https://svn.wso2.org/repos/wso2/trunk/carbon-orbit as 
org.wso2.carbon.jar.upload, saminda took it to integrate it to the 
carbon core. 
Now its not available in the svn. As for a quick test one thing I can do 
is to give you a working build component with the r16698.

 I ll loook in to this.
