Sorry not being able to layout the correct build plan. Please do the 
following steps,

Build,

1. XmlSchema trunk
2. Neethi trunk
3. WSO2 commons, caching and throttling
4. Carbon Orbit
5. Carbon project
6. Carbon components
7. DSS project
