Writing Gadgets with the WSO2 Gadget Server - Thursday, 8th March 2012

Google gadgets play a pivotal role in the SOA world and can be introduced to your enterprise as well. It is important that you create your presentation layer accurately so that you can offer the information precisely and accurately to the world. Gadgets play a major role in the above process as it provides the opportunity for the user to decide the UI for themselves.

It is easy to start with simple gadgets but is it the same when it comes to complex use cases? If you learn the principles right, implementing complex gadgets could be exciting too.

The WSO2 Gadget Server which provides presentation layer solution out from WSO2 products stack will be used for this session.

The webinar session will first focus on the basic principles of writing gadgets and then progress it’s attention on going beyond the basics towards complex gadgets. It covers topics such as

  • Introduction to gadgets
  • Role of gadgets in enterprise world
  • The role of the WSO2 gadget server
  • Writing a simple gadget with basic principles and going deep into gadget world with complex gadgets.
