WSAS Management Console - Simplified Web service Management & Monitoring!
The WSO2 WSAS Management Console allows the user to manage and monitor Web services as well as the deployment environment. In addition, it comes with a set of easy to use tools.
Once WSAS is started up, you can access the management console by pointing your Web browser to http://localhost:9443/. Click the "Sign In" link at the top right corner and enter the username/password admin/admin. You can even try the WSAS demo at http://tools.wso2.org/public1/ which will enable you to try things out without downloading WSAS.
Here are some screen shots off the WSAS Management Console of WSO2 WSAS version 2.2.
Screen 1
This is the page (screen 1) which lists all the services in the system. You could manage all the services hosted on the system from this page.

Screen 2
This page (screen 2) shows the main message flows in the system. All phases and handlers within each phase are shown here. The graphical as well as textual views are shown here.

Screen 3
This page (screen 3) displays all the system statistics. The average response time over time, and the memory usage over time are shown as graphs. Also, the system, service and operation level statistics are available. The min/max/avg response times, total request/response/fault counts for the system, service & operations are shown in the WSAS console.

Screen 4
This page (screen 4) shows the log messages from the system. Notice that the messages are highlighted in different colors based on the log level of the message. You could also filter out messages by using the search box at the top, and also choose to view only messages related to a specific log level.

Screen 5
WSAS IDE - Eclipse Integration (Screen 5). A handy Web services development tool which provides a fully integrated environment for Web service development.

Conclusion
This article looked at just a few interesting screen shots in WSAS. The Management Console exposes many more interesting and useful functions for Web service and deployment environment management & monitoring.
