No bug in Access throttling

Access throttling works fine. You have to provide a larger value for "Unit Time (ms)". You can try with a value such as 30000 (30sec). In the demo, this value was set too low, hence the timer which keeps track of the number of requests was reset before the maximum number of requests could be sent. Regards Afkham Azeez
