I have been following the documentation and I am using mashup server 2.0.2, I tried writing the simple client when I go to this directory http://{ip-of-mashup-installation}:9763/services/helloworld/index.html I cant reach index.html I get error from apache tomcat- the resource is not available. if I just try the linkl like http://{ip-of-mashup-installation}:9763/services/helloworld I am redirected to the tryit page. Any idea? Documentation referred; Save the above as "index.html" in the directory "repository/scripts/Helloworld.resources" within the Mashup Server directory. Now you'll be able to see the newly created page when browse to the service endpoint (eg: http://{ip-of-mashup-installation}:9763/services/helloworld). Thats it, its so simple.

Can you try using the Mashup Editor from the admin console? Are you sure that you are using 2.0.2 and not 2.1.0 ? Tyrell

I am using 2.0.2. In the admin console, I can use the "Try this service link" and service works. However when I copy the code to index.html and put below under \repository\scripts\helloworld.resources and try to reach the endpoint as it is suggested in documentation from; http://{ip-of-mashup-installation}:9763/services/helloworld it redirects me to helloworld?tryit, I cant see the client page I created. Any help is highly appreciated Thanks

The correct location is

The correct location is \repository\scripts\helloworld.resources\www\ You are missing the www sub-directory. That's why I asked to use the editor, at least for the initial index.html creation. It takes care of the location automatically :) Tyrell
