Synchronous SOAP request and clone the response to JMS

Hi, I'm trying to get the following running: I have made a proxy for an existing webservice (it's request-reply) and I need to send the response to a JMS queue as well as the original client. I've been able to clone the response by defining the clone mediator in the out sequence, but now my client times out. I've set the property "Continue parent" to "yes" How can I send the response back to the client? I was sort of expecting that setting "Continue parent" would be enough. What I want to create is a "wiretap" on the response. Thanks, Danny
