WSF/PHP goes offline with no reason

I have installed wsf/php on PHP 5.2.4. A web service client has been written using WSDL mode. System worked fine with no problem. But suddenly web service client requests got timed out and the system is not working. I checked whether the web service samples are working or not to confirm whether the wsf/php is working ok. I found out that they also are not working.Which means there is something wrong with wsf/php. To confirm the php extensions installed I ran "php -m" in the command line. It showed that wsf is installed and when I tried samples after I ran the command, it started working fine again. This happened several times during the week and when I ran the command again it starts working fine. Can someone help me on this please?
