retrieve complete endpoint

Hello, I want the retrieve complete endpoint on which consumer has sent the request to the ESB in some handler or Custom mediator. "MessageContext.getTo()" is giving part of complete endpoint. If consumer has sent the request on "http://localhost:8280/soap/ProxyTest" then "MessageContext.getTo()" is returning only "/soap/ProxyTest" in both handler and mediator... Any idea,how can i get the complete proxy service endpoint and also i don't want to build using CARBON variables or so... Thanks, Krishna
