ProxyService throws error when SOAP message is added with wsa:Action information in header

I am trying to explore proxy service for one of my requirements. I am able to create and deploy it successfully. It also works when tested it from SOAP UI tool. But it fails when my Intalio BPEL process trying to invoke this proxy service. It throws following error. wsa:ActionNotSupported The [action] cannot be processed at the receiver. When I observed the SOAP message that is sent to proxy service contains wsa:Action information in the header and the wsa:Action is sent as empty. Intalio doesn't give any control on changing these properties. So I only depend on WSO2 ESB to ignore wsa:Action for this proxy service. Does anybody have any idea to resolve this? I am using WSO2 ESB 2.1.0 version. Thanks Konduru
