Wsdl link issue

Hi All, Thanks a lott to the three steps webservice tutorial(http://wso2.org/library/tutorials/create-axis2-web-service-in-3-steps-using-eclipse). It really helped me to generate a web service for my program very easily. Now, I have an issue with calling the web service from Flash builder. I was able to cal this web service from the Flash builder 4 with the generated wsdl for the above web service but it(Wsdl) only works fine when my Eclipse workspace is still running. Is there anyway to solve this issue?? Cant i cal the wsdl in other application when Eclipse exits?? I am a newbie here..I am sorry if it was silly. Any feedback/ help is appreciated! Once again thanks a bunch for the web services tutorial!!
