Problem with a tutorial "How to Build a UI Component for the WSO2 Carbon Platform"

Hi, I followed this example: http://wso2.org/library/tutorials/build-ui-component-wso2-carbon-platform-part-1 but I have a problem. When I have to copy the built jar to $WSAS_HOME/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/plugins, in wich subfolder have I to copy it? Also, at point 15, when I'm trying to view the page I obtain the WSAS console without information on the right-center panel, how can I verify if the deploy of the plugin was successful? Thanks
