Deploying WSAS 3.1 in BEAS Weblogic

I have followed the steps mentioned in the below mentioned blog, http://charithaka.blogspot.com/2009/08/how-to-deploy-wsas-3x-on-oracle.html. However I am not able to access WSAS Management console. When I use the url, I get the a message in browser that says, "Proxy servlet https:\\localhost:7002\wso2wsas\carbon" Please Help!! I want to create a dataservice from WSAS or Data Service running inside Weblogic. We are evaluating WSO2 WSAS and DataService, which will be more apt for data service and why? Regards, Harshit
