How do I use Identity Server through NAT?

Hi, I'm just evaluating a Solution to do OpenID and SAML SSO authentication. I configured the AD Backend and everything seems to work fine INTERNALLY. If i am now trying to access https://address.example.org/openid/username (I configured a DNAT on our Firewall to forward HTTPS traffic to the Server on port 9443) I'm just getting the answer that i'm trying to do something fishy and the log tells me: "OpenID url hit for the user who does not exist in the systemexample.org/openid/username {org.wso2.carbon.identity.provider.openid.ui.OpenIDUserServlet} Did i Miss some configuration? I tried everything configuring carbon.xml and identity.xml but I could not get it work. Thanks for your help in advance regards, Sebastian
