[wsf-javascript-dev] project pages and user mailing lists for new projects

Hi,

I'm in the process of creating the project pages for the following
projects. They don't have *user mailing lists*

1. WSO2 WSF/Javascript- for both Javascript native and Rhino editions
(wsf-javascript-user)
2. WSO2 Identity Solution (wsf-identity-user)
3. WSO2 Mashup Server(wsf-mashup-user)

I understand that right now we don't have users for these projects...
but we will in the future. Might as well add the resources now, like the
rest of the projects.

We will need to create the relevant *forums for these mailing lists*
too. If there is no objection, Chintana please go ahead and create these.

Project leads, please provide *descriptions on the projects* so I can
put the pages up. In the case of WSF/Javascript, kindly provide details
on both Rhino and Native
