Problem loading wsf.dll

I am trying to get the wsf.dll extension to load on a server running IIS. I enabled php_xsl, placed the wsf.dll file in our extensions directory, and added the following to our php.ini: wsf.home="C:\Program Files\PHP\wsf\wsf_c" wsf.log_path="C:\Program Files\PHP\wsf\wsf_c\logs" wsf.log_level=1 wsf.rm_db_dir="C:\Program Files\PHP\wsf\wsf_c\temp" wsf.attachment_cache_dir="C:\Program Files\PHP\wsf\wsf_c\temp" wsf.enable_attachment_caching=0 extension=wsf.dll After restarting IIs the WSF extension does not show up in phpinfo() and the WSClient class is not found when I try to use it in a php page. When I run "php.exe -m" from a command line I get the following error in a popup message window: "This application has failed to start because axutil.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem." And then this error on the console: "PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\Program Files\PHP\ ext\wsf.dll' - The specified module could not be found. in Unknown on line 0" Any idea where the problem might be?
