Can't login to Management Console after Deploying registry in JBoss

I deploy registry 2.0.1 into JBoss following the instruction in wiki, JBoss server starts up fine and I can get access to the url: https://localhost:8443/wso2registry/carbon But I can't login to registry, with default username/password configured inside user-mgt.xml admin/admin, I always getting back : Login failed! Please recheck Server URL and try again. I noticed that password inside the database are encrypted, does this error related to encryption/decryption issue? Running wso2 in standalone mode, I can login without any issues. Any suggestions to fix this? thanks Kelly
