Access to SOAP Envelope and Payload

I have built a number of DLLs for accessing a set of web services from the stubs generated using the WSDL tool that comes with Axis2/c. These work great for accessing web services and are really easy to create. But now I would like to have access to the SOAP messages I am sending and receiving. Specifically, I need access to the header tags and the payload of the body. With the current modules that have been generated from the WSDLs, I have data types that represent a request or response but I don't see any helper functions for serializing/deserializing to XML. Is there a way to serialize/deserialize a request or response structure in Axis2c to XML? Thanks, -Jim Lisle
