Suggested improvements for ESB QuickStart 2.0.2

The mediation example almost works, except that the command to invoke the client needs to be ant stockquote -Daddurl=http://localhost:9000/services/SimpleStockQuoteService?wsdl -Dtrpurl=http://localhost:8280 -Dsymbol=IBM -Dmode=quote not ant stockquote -Daddurl=http://localhost:9000/soap/SimpleStockQuoteService?wsdl -Dtrpurl=http://localhost:8280 -Dsymbol=IBM -Dmode=quote as published. The proxy example needs a couple of fixes: a) the wsdl for the proxy service needs to be file:repository/samples/resources/proxy/sample_proxy_1.wsdl instead of file:repository/conf/sample/resources/proxy/sample_proxy_1.wsdl and the description of how to set this alternative wsdl need to be updated to match the current Management Console (General Settings | Publishing WSDL | Specify Source URL | paste file: .. into WSDL URI) b) the command to invoke the client need to be ant stockquote -Dtrpurl=http://localhost:8280/services/StockQuoteProxy -Dmode=quote -Dsymbol=IBM instead of ant stockquote -Dtrpurl=http://localhost:8280/soap/StockQuoteProxy -Dmode=quote -Dsymbol=IBM
