Writing in-only Mock Web Service

I am trying to write a mock webservice that will take an message, log it and then drop it. No response is expected to be sent to the client. I can install the service as below into the ESB without any problem, but when exercise it from the tryIt service I always get the same error: Fault: SOAP envelope error [detail] org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: The input stream for an incoming message is null. I am not sure whether the OUT_ONLY property is the right thing to do, but it fails with or without it anyway Synapse XML:
