Custom SOAP Header in WSF/Ruby

Hi,

I have a question about creating custom SOAP headers in a SOAP message.  For example, let's say I want to create a SOAP header that looks like this:

<myd:name xmlns:myd="http://www.ed.com/myd">edward</myd:name>

What would the code snippet be to create this header?  Or rather, is this currently supported in WSF/Ruby?

At the moment WSF/Ruby does not support custom SOAP headers.
