Programmatically Configure synapse.xml

Is there anyway to programmatically configure synapse.xml and get it reloaded without restarting wso2-esb server?

Yes, this code is in Synapse.. but the ESB admin console can dynamically make changes and reload some aspects without a restart. Can you elaborate more on the requirements of your use case for us to suggest the best alternative
