Dynamic addressing

Hi,

I have a scenario running with wso2 esb where no endpoints are described, all addresses are set using ws-addressing headers in order to ensure dynamic address selection. In this case when there is no endpoint described, engagement of other modules like rampart or sandesha is rather unclear. Is there a way to dynamically engage the modules?
