Acess URL's to the artifacts stored on WSO2 carbon ESB registry

I am new to WSO2 and trying to figure out some of the simple tasks. 1. What is the aces URL for WSDL or Schema that I uploaded to the WSO2 Registry? The artifacts are under /_system/local/wsdl and /_system/local/schemas I am looking for http (not https ) access url so that I can use it in my BPEL process.. 2. Can I use any folder structure not just /_system/local to store the artifacts? Thanks, Anil

I think you need to keep in /_system/config insted /_system/local/. i hope this might help.
