Is anyone out there using BAM?

I'm working on a project which is using WSO2 ESB and BAM as part of the solution. I've spent some time evaluating BAM and have come across some issues which I believe affect its usability. I'd be interested in hearing from anyone out there who is using BAM successfully. I would also be interested in any recommendations anyone can make for alternative BAM products that can be used with WSO2 ESB. Thanks.

We'd love to here suggestions on the usability issues you face with WSO2 ESB. Currently, the ESB has it's own monitoring module and support for JMX, if you are interested in that space.
