Rule Services were successfully created but they do not show up

I've been testing out the Business Rules Server (version 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT) and I noticed that sometimes when I create a new rules service for a decision table(using the rules service wizard) the rule does not show up even though the wizard confirms that the service was successfully saved. For example, I created the OrderProcessingService using the rules file and everything worked perfectly and the service was immediately visible but I attempted to create the same Service with the decision table and the wizard says the service was created like before but the service doesn't show up. I followed the instructions in the README.txt file in the brsdemo/dtable folder. Any idea why services created with a rules file would work but services created with decision tables would not?
