Is this possible?
JMS Client->ESB->JMSBroker
I saw the sample 250 and it asks to install Active MQ.
Do I have to install Active MQ if my backend service is a JMS broker?
if so, Can I plug in security using XACML in between?

JMS Client->Security in ESB>JMSBroker

Yes you have to install

Yes you have to install ActiveMQ. You can plug XACML using Identity Server (IS) into ESB. So second scenario also possible.
