WSO2 Web Services Framework for PHP v1.3.1 Released

We shiped a bug fix release of WSF/PHP named 1.3.1. This version is essentially the same as 1.3.0 release with a couple of bug fixes. One fix is in WS-Security with  WSDL mode and other in handling attachments. Following is the complete release note.
