Richard works as an IT Architect in Melbourne and focuses on solutions utilising SOA techniques. He has been in the IT industry since 1985 working in the industries of engineering software, defence simulation, telecommunications, insurance and banking.

He has been involved in innovative green fields complex systems integration solutions using middleware technologies such as WebSphere integrating new systems with existing legacy systems.
